Beginning as a collaboration between elite Italian designers and a world-star chef, Cookeat is a new kitchen concept that blends beauty with professional-grade quality. Showcased at the original Eataly—the Italian food market and restaurant mecca in Rome, Italy—Cookeat reflects our fundamental appreciation for culinary art and intelligent design.
Food and fine cooking is the soul of Italian culture, and thus Architect Tomassini Francesco, the starred Chef Lucio Pompili, and Pedini welcomed the opportunity to create a kitchen that represents these core values.
In a Cookeat kitchen, every gathering contributes to your overall culinary process, and every meal becomes a convivial moment. With this collection, we invite you to journey beyond the five senses to an all-encompassing joy towards food that only Italians can offer.
Design
Cookeat was created with the idea that the kitchen is a central meeting place for conversation, sharing, teaching, and learning. Using a modular structure, the Cookeat layout suits the needs of Chef Pompili who believes the kitchen must be a flexible tool, able to be used both in restaurants and in itinerant events.
Because we want you to love your kitchen and have it operate as a functional space, Cookeat can be shortened, extended and customized according to your needs. You can modify the work top portion, white goods, bases, and finishes so that creates an elegant kitchen you can work in, both at home or in a professional environment.
Like all Pedini luxury kitchens, our designs push the kitchen industry trends forward, challenging convention while upholding the values of Italian culture. Because we love designing and creating beautiful kitchens, we endeavor to surround you with beauty, simplicity, and meticulous attention paid to ergonomics. It’s our promise.
